I had the privilege of being Rosemary's financial advisor for decades. Like many widows she only asked that I treat her as if She was my own mother in the same situation. Over the years she became my surrogate mother, counseling me through life's difficult times. She was a great listener and based on that always had the correct advise. Her passion for quilting was never ending. I remember a trip to the Marshall Fairgrounds to view one that she

We are so sorry for your loss. I (Julie) grew up with your mother's talent at St. Mark's. The whole family enjoyed her gifts from God and the way she used them for us all. We wanted to come to the visitation and funeral but we both have the crud that is going around (didn't want to pass it to anyone) so we celebrated her life at home. She was so sweet and special. May God Bless you with all of the wonderful memories you have with your mother/grandmother, etc. Heaven has a new star and her name is Rosemary

So very true...Rosemary always had a smile and a joke. A total joy to know and share her presence. We are blessed to have known her through St Mark Lutheran Church.

I met Rosemary at a quilt weekend in Shipshewanna. She was such a joy and I am so blessed to be able to call her a friend. She will be missed, but we will met again.

There were many strong, wonderful women in that congregation and Rosemary was certainly one of them. She had a great sense of humor, was always interested in

Rosemary was such an inspiration to me. She was my friend, my mentor, my sewing guide and my second mother. No subject was off limits and no feelings swept under the carpet. My secrets and hurts were always safe with her. She had a wide shoulder to cry on though she had a small frame. I loved her and will miss her immensely.
